Caparison Horus / Dellinger 7 Review

Caparison Guitars make instruments that are meant to be played.

Their higher-end lineup of instruments isn’t for the meek – the price tags are most definitely into the custom guitar territory, but ultimately the quality is absolutely there.

Imagine the Jackson custom shop instruments from the olden days, and that’s Caparison. No, really, the head of Caparison used to have his hand in that shop!

There is a specific reason why Caparisons are my favourite though; the necks are done by hand. Yes that’s right, the necks are hand made. So perhaps the price is justified if the guitar receives so much love and attention before it even hits an owners hands – and boy does it ever show. I fell in love with them in January when I went to the NAMM 2014 show – and my friend Matt Perrin from Threat Signal and Angel Maker also fell in love with them to the point where he got endorsed!

I will be getting one soon. I have been left with no other logical option.

Definitely check out these instruments if you can, or if you are a clever human you will check eBay and capitalize on how cheap some of them are being re-sold for!
